   Is the Magical Mastery course for "newbie" or "experienced" Disney Vacationers?

   The Operation Pixie Dust - Magical Mastery course was created especially for first-timers. Each week's lesson is broken down into manageable steps to walk you through planning a Disney World vacation. That said if you have been to Disney World before and felt completely overwhelmed then you would also benefit from this course.

   Are there any "hidden costs" in addition to my membership subscription fees?

   The course itself doesn't have any hidden fees - but you will of course need to spend money on your actual vacation!

   Does my membership include personal coaching?

   Unfortunately, the answer is "no". While I will always be available to handle support requests (.e.g. I can't access this week's lesson) I simply don't have the time to personally coach 1,000 members.

   Do I have to commit to the entire 17 weeks?

   Of course not. While I don't think you'll want to do so, you may cancel anytime you want. You can simply cancel your subscription through your PayPal account page. Like I said, I don't think you'll want to do so after diving in to the lessons!

   If I cancel part-way through can I re-subscribe and pick up where I left off?

   Unfortunately not. The course is automatically delivered in weekly chunks so if you cancel and re-subscribe you will return to the beginning of the course.

   On what day of the week can I access my next lesson?

   Your next lesson will become available each week on the day of the week that you confirmed your subscription. So if you confirmed your membership and subscribed on a Monday then you will be able to access each new lesson on a Monday.

   I've subscribed to a course but I can't find my lessons.

   You need to log in to the site each time you visit. You can do this via the Member Log In link in the right hand sidebar.

   After you have logged in select your course from the box in the right hand side bar to access your lessons.

   I've signed up for the course but I can't access my first lesson - what do I do?

   When you register as a member of Operation Pixie Dust your details are added to the database so we now which lessons to provide you with. Now without getting too technical there is a script that runs in the background every 15 minutes to update the database - think of it like a bus. If you complete the membership form just before the bus arrives you should be able to access your first lesson almost immediately. If however you just missed the bus then you'll need to wait upto 15 minutes for the next one.

   So here's what I suggest - if you can't access your first lesson go and grab yourself a pen and a notepad (because you might want to take notes as you work through the lesson), fix yourself a cup of coffee or an ice cold soda and then come back. Hopefully by then the 15 minutes will have passed, the database will have updated and your first lesson will be ready and waiting.
